At The KittySpout™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer or a box of your choice, ensuring all original tags and protective packaging are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
